I recently acquired the new iPhone 4S, the one you talk to and it answers you back. I am old enough to feel like I am channeling George Jetson and made the silly mistake of addressing it by saying “please call so and so” and telling it “ thank you” when I was finished. The good manners confused Siri. I did not realize this was the problem until a young person laughed that I was saying please and thank you to a machine. Hum, that is a social commentary on many levels. -JG

I find myself at the end of each year reflecting on what I have learned, achieved …and survived, people I have met and whom I have helped. This business is crazy. I personally sweat the struggles of each client as if they were my own. I feel we are in the foxhole together, as we work hard each day to help our clients “ look big” because, they ARE BIG. It comes from inside you; it only needs to be expressed. What we do works, because we are fortunate to work with clients who just get it. They work hard. We work hard. This is a team sport and Darwinian, but we will always have your back. Thank you to all who participate in the ride. Happy New Year and believe that good things happen when you go for it. -JG
